(1) To develop and provide affordable quality ICT, English, Science and Mathematics Program to bridge the Digital and Achievement Gap between the rural and urban areas

(2) To work closely with the University of Cambridge, England in the development of programs for pre-school and primary education, especially in the field of ICT, English, Science and Mathematics

(3) To complement the current telecommunication companies in the provision of wireless infrastructure and last mile services to deliver knowledge-based information/data and voice communications to the targeted areas

(4) To continuously research, develop and utilize low cost advanced technology which can integrate and complement with the existing wired and wireless technology for data and voice communications
